How does the Etsy sync actually work?

You connect your Etsy account once using Etsy's official API. Krafft then imports all your listings — titles, descriptions, photos, prices, variations, and inventory counts — automatically. When you update a listing on Etsy, the change appears on your Krafft store within minutes.

Do I pay transaction fees on Krafft sales?

Krafft charges 0% transaction fees on sales through your storefront. You only pay your monthly plan and the standard Stripe payment processing fee (2.9% + 30¢), which is the same as any other payment processor. No Etsy listing fees. No revenue share.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes, on the Maker and Studio plans. Connect any domain you own, or purchase one through Krafft. Your store lives at yourshopname.com — not on Etsy, not on our domain. We handle the SSL and technical setup for you.
